[Good morning, Luceti! If you happen to be out around the center of town this morning, you might notice some new... growths decorating the square grouping of shops. Vines spill out from the cracks of the Flower Shop's door by the dozen, twirling and twisting into cursive lettering that begins climbing up the shop's wall and accidentally spills over to the storefront of the empty shop next door:

DUMBLEDORE'S ARMY: NOW RECRUITING

It's a bit brash, and probably a bit premature considering he hadn't really checked in with Hermione about beginning to advertise so soon after opening up membership or with the other shop regulars about creating the gaudy message, but it's easier to ask forgiveness than permission anyway.

Feel free to stop inside the shop today to inquire about the living, writhing advertisement. Or, if you're up early enough, you might spot Neville as he's producing the message with his wand out, focusing intently on guiding the long vines in a way that he hopes is legible and desperately hoping he doesn't mess it up.]

Besides, he wants flowers for the apartment so he has to enter anyway. See Goku enter and look around the shop on his own, half looking for someone in charge, half looking on at the plants and flowers.]

[Neville's more of a squatter than any sort of authority here, but he'll never turn down the chance to chat with someone curious! Especially the smaller folk.] Hello there! Is there something I can help you with?

[Goku smiles brightly, this must be the owner of the place or something... Or just someone who wants to help, he really doesn't care about those details. Now, priorities first, the flowers!]

I want flowers for my home, to put on the windows, the snow is covering all the flowers now and anyway those would die... Are there flowers that won't die?

You mean -- flowers that won't die ever? [Neville's eyebrows raise, though he gives a good-natured laugh.] I'm afraid the only kind of flowers that stay the same forever are the ones that are made out of plastic.

Plastic? But the flowers in fields never die... Or at least they take a long time to die and can grow again, can't they? Aren't there flowers like that? If I take them from the fields, even if I put them in water they won't last long.

[His lips purse thoughtfully.] If you're looking for something that can handle cold weather, you may want to try a snow plant. [There's some rummaging before he produces a potted plant with bulging red flowers within, like a blushing cactus. It's not the prettiest thing to look at, but sturdier plants rarely are.]

Waah, that's really pretty! I like it! But will it be okay when Summer comes?

[And then he laughs a bit.]

I want many flowers, to decorate my home, they make it all more lively and pretty. I want one for my bedroom and for Hakkai's bedroom and the living room...

[Ignore that it's probably not a good idea to have plants in the same room as a person sleeping.]
